2019 was a busy year for the Melksham Rail User Group, and 2020 promises to be just as busy.
Our "Report on 2019, plans for 2020" booklet was printed and distributed in the first 10 days of the year around the town and to other key contacts. It's now available online at
http://www.mrug.org.uk/mkm20.pdf and I'll have some of the remaining printed copies available at meetings such as
FoSBR» and
WWRUG» next month, TravelWatch SouthWest early in March, and the RailFuture (Severnside Branch)
AGM▸ soon thereafter. There may even be some left for the Coffee Shop AGM on 4th April.
It's quite amazing how much has already happened in the first four weeks of the year - leafing through the pages, I look at it as something of a masterplan and we've "done that" and "that's underway" stuff; sadly there's the odd "that won't be quite as soon as we hoped" too.
