Might be an unfair comment on the evidence of your two screen shots. Take Hampshire best in some worst in others. Does that suggest that NR» (Network Rail - home page)/ROC▸ (Rail Operating Centre - a centralised location for railway signalling and train control operations for a specific route or region) are not taking a "whole station" view and just doing bits and pieces. Is it better to tick all the boxes, or just do some?
