British Transport Police give update following train chaos in and out of Cornwall.

Quote, “ However, a spokesperson for BTP▸ (British Transport Police) has now told Cornwall Live that the incident "wasn't due to any criminal activity, as far as we're concerned".
When asked if the fault had been caused by accidental damage, the BTP spokesperson replied: "that's not for us to comment on".
