I'm slightly concerned to see that one of (I assume) the red squirrel litter has their pants on fire.  Shocked

William Huskisson MP (Member of Parliament, or Mile Post (a method of measuring the railway in miles and chains from a starting point - usually London), depending on context) was the first person to be killed by a train while crossing the tracks, in 1830.  Many more have died in the same way since then.  Don't take a chance: Stop, Look, Listen.

"Level crossings are safe, unless they are used in an unsafe manner."  Discuss.

Yup, Aerospace Bristol -. We went to the preview day; it opens properly on 17 Oct 2017.

This being a rail forum, perhaps I should have used this image:



...but I was worried I might confuse people with the mind-bending combination of concepts that is a Bristol Tram, and in South Glos to boot. It's a real one, by the way - a horse-drawn example. It could do with wheels, in my opinion, and the other side could do with a lick of paint...
