I take that to mean that the man with the red flag walking in front of the train has tripped over and sprained his ankle ......

Out of interest, could these be the same contractors whose care, expertise and attention to detail has allowed the Thames Valley upgrades to go forward with scarcely a hitch?

The same contractors hitting the cables that Railtrack/British Rail failed to accurately map and mark when they put them in the ground?
