It's an unfortunately all too frequent an occurrence on one of our vans - it's a sliding door on the chiller compartment, so it doesn't actually fall off into the road: it simply de-rails, and renders the chiller useless.  Roll Eyes

That looks very much like Whitby Road rail bridge in Bristol.

The rail line over it being the Bristol - Bath main line.

There are actually three separate bridges, side by side: the one which used to carry the long disused Bristol and North Somerset line is in a right old state, rusting away there.  Roll Eyes
