No - I read the Train Driver briefing notes. Grin No doubt when the Feeder lines are commissioned there'll be a correction briefed out by then.
Just to throw in another opinion, there is definitely a naming/definition error here.

No matter what you do at Oxford Road Junction can't get you to the Festival Line other than by doing a reversal in P3, 7 or 8.

The NR» (Network Rail - home page) Network Change Notice reads
Quote
Re-modelling of Oxford Road Junction and installation and renewal of a number of point ends to support the future introduction of the new Up Reading Feeder Main Line and Down Reading Feeder Relief Line.

The word "Festival" does not appear in that document.

Just looks like the word "Festival" has been incorrectly used instead "Feeder" in the Driver Briefing notes.

Hmm.  Such an apparent error in their Train Driver Briefing notes doesn't exactly inspire confidence in the railways, does it?  Roll Eyes

William Huskisson MP (Member of Parliament) was the first person to be killed by a train while crossing the tracks, in 1830.  Many more have died in the same way since then.  Don't take a chance: stop, look, listen.

"Level crossings are safe, unless they are used in an unsafe manner."  Discuss.

Maybe as the new junction is useless until the embankment it will lead to actually gets built,  it might have been safer all round not to mention it yet...   Grin

Might be an idea to remove that copyright notice? Surely that's a NR» (Network Rail - home page) diagram?

There is another diagram being used for drivers which is much clearer than the diagram on here. It shows signal T2802 at Oxford Road Jn as having currently two routes:

Up Westbury: Main Aspect
Dn Reading West Curve: Main aspect with Position 2 + D

The other feathers that will lead to the Feeeder lines are shown as "Out of use".
