FGW (First Great Western) services are currently open for reservations until Wed 14th May 2014 - EXCEPT on services that serve the West of England routed via Newbury which are currently open for their normal timetable from Maundy Thursday 17th April until Wed 14th May 2014.

The revised reservable services on the West of England route (London Paddington - Exeter St Davids and Newton Abbot - Penzance) are currently only open until Fri 28th Feb.

Reservations on West of England services (routed via Newbury) are currently unavailable from Sat 1st March until Wed 16th April inclusive whilst a revised timetable is put in place to deal with the line closure at Dawlish.  An update will be provided when more details are known.

Edit: Removed the Monday-Friday bit as it made it a bit confusing Smiley

Thanks again for that information, Ollie.

It saves a lot of messing about looking for non-existent fares!   Grin

Many thanks for this information Ollie. I plan on using the train a bit over the next few weeks, and especially so living in Pewsey, any this information like this is very helpful.

Great Idea. And perhaps you could do it for XC (Cross Country Trains (franchise)) as well :-0

I do not work for FGW (First Great Western) and posts should not be assumed and do not imply they are statements, unless explicitly stated that they are, from any TOC (Train Operating Company) including First Great Western.
