Question came up the other day ... "have GWR (Great Western Railway) printed their latest cycling leaflet" and the person who asked said (I think) that he mad managed to find one of 2016.  I have picked up one today dated August 2018 which does include IET (Intercity Express Train - replacement for HSTs (manufactured by Hitachi in Kobe, Japan)) information, etc ... 12 sided of data (or 2 covers and 10 sides) - https://www.gwr.com/plan-journey/journey-information/on-board/cycles also contains current (?) data, and there's a short url for that - http://www.gwr.com/bikes .

Yes I did ask on the day of your Reading jaunt, and to the GWR (Great Western Railway) lady. Only because I had previously asked at Reading and they turned the station upside (an opening for someone!) to find they didn't have one. Paddington also said they were unavailable. Was aware the new one was on-line.
