Saturday 16th March sees the 10th Lostwithiel Charity Beer Festival at the Community Centre, (showing the 6 nations on a big screen in case you are interested !).  Interestingly, it seems that the organisers have managed to arrange for an additional down service to stop at Lostwithiel, to take participants home afterwards.  The 1806 off PAD» (Paddington (London) - next trains), will be making a stop at LOS at 2208, which given the previous service is at 20:28, is a great facility to have even as a temporary thing.  Is this an easy thing to set up ?

Thanks for posting this item, Kernow Otter: I've just taken the liberty of adding the topic to our calendar.  CfN.  Smiley

William Huskisson MP (Member of Parliament) was the first person to be killed by a train while crossing the tracks, in 1830.  Many more have died in the same way since then.  Don't take a chance: stop, look, listen.

"Level crossings are safe, unless they are used in an unsafe manner."  Discuss.
