Probably weren't that many passengers on the minibuses. FGW (First Great Western) were accepting SWT (South West Trains) tickets via Westbury, either through to London Paddington or then down to Salisbury. Of course that's not much use now because FGW can no longer run Exeter-Taunton.

What does this mean ?

It's a punctuation mark placed at the end of a sentence to indicate a question.

Seems the main problem is that there are no buses because of poor weather conditions. No buses between Taunton and Exeter so all passengers will have to travel on XC (Cross Country Trains (franchise)), as XC are still able to run through. No buses between Yeovil and Weymouth due to flooding there either, no road replacement possible because of poor road conditions so it seems a rail replacement hotel service is being provided for the night instead.

On this day, I was due to go to Weymouth by steam service from Temple Meads. After a lengthy stop at Yeovil Junction to refuel (very interesting), we ended up in Salisbury instead. I enjoyed it thoroughly, Mrs FTN was less enthusiastic.
