Line problem: at Severn Tunnel Junction. Owing to a broken down train at Severn Tunnel Junction train services through this station may be subject to disruption on all routes at short notice. An estimate for the resumption of normal services will be provided as soon as the problem has been fully assessed.

Additional Information:
This problem is currently affecting services between Bristol Parkway and Newport South Wales and also between Bristol Temple Meads and Newport South Wales.

Short notice alterations and delays of up to 60 minutes may occur.

William Huskisson MP▸ (Member of Parliament, or Mile Post - a method of measuring the railway in miles and chains from a starting point - usually London, depending on context) was the first person to be killed by a train while crossing the tracks, in 1830.  Many more have died in the same way since then.  Don't take a chance: Stop, Look, Listen.
