Man, 31, suffers head injuries in assault at Slough train station
A 31-year-old was left with head injuries after he was assaulted at Slough rail station last night.
Police were called to the station at 7.49pm following a report of a disturbance on the stairs leading to one of the platforms.
It is alleged two men had an altercation at the station after getting off the 4.33pm Hereford to Paddington service.
British Transport Police officers arrested a 38-year-old on suspicion of assault.
The victim, a 31-year-old man, was taken to hospital to be treated for his head injuries.
Officers are working to establish the full circumstances including what took place before the assault.
