As well as the usual Turbos, HSTs (High Speed Train) and the odd Shed.

2*67 top and tailing the Royal Scot charter set mostly blood and custard
ECS (Empty Coaching Stock) to Eastleigh? Mark 2s look quite interesting in red and cream.

Maroon West Coast 37 on single BSK (Brake Standard Corridor (carriage))? Tysley to Southall running on single yellows behind 12:36 stopper from Taplow.

Followed by a Blue 60 on a stone train Teenage Spirit?

Long time since I've seen a 60 moving.

Sorry I'm not a spotter so I'm afraid the numbers are meaningless.

Two charters out of PAD» (Paddington (London) - next trains) today, going to some golfing thingy in Newport.

Orient Express top and tail 67's (how this train is allowed to run without CDL (Central Door Locking) on mainline is a mystery to me). This set came from Wembley I belive.
Northern Belle top and tail 67's.
Both left around 07:00

Same again tomorrow.
A set from Stewarts Lane running to Newport at 07:15
and a set from Wembley (I think) running to Newport at 07:00

I think like on most main line charters the stewards lock the doors with their carriage keys.

Saw the set coming back through Slough last night, 66 on rear not 67!

CDL? when I were a lad at Sutton we had eight coach 4SUBS and 4EPBs at least 6tph both ways in the peak, all with slam doors to every compartment!

That's how we got 200 passengers on in a 30 sec dwell time.

You should have seen them empty at the London terminals!

Apologies it was a 66 and 67.
