Apologies for the sizes - was as small as I could make them
All stations encountered on a recent journey - some clues elsewhere in the forum.....
Edit by grahame I have added the quote above - the original post - as I'm having to delete the original post and repost the images further down the thread to sort out size issues. Phil originally wrote in this post (which I have shamelessly hijacked): Those really are very very tiny.

I'll take a look, early this evening. On some browsers they're not coming up at all (I don't think, or weren't) because they are so big. On others, they're (now?) huge. I'll resize them and put a resized copy on our web space to that they look sensible to all, but that will take 10 minutes or so and I've only got a 2 minute loo break at the moment. Edit - I've sorted the sizes out .... had to delete original posts and put them below, though.

Don't think so. It's apple trees not pineapple trees in Taunton. I go with No. 3 for Taunton

You're all wrong. Number 4 is Taunton. A serious guess - is number 3 Albuquerque, NM?

Thats the easy one and is correct. The other two were taken at the start of the journey before night fall on the first day. The last one was taken towards the end of the journey. I don't actually expect anyone to get those - which is why I posted them rather than flagstaff or winslow or other such places where there is a vague chance people might recognise them.

Since I seem to have managed to produce some pics that the panel can't identify I will reveal before I set off on the second half of my journey on Thursday.......
1. Fullerton, Ca
2. Victorville, Ca
3. Alberquerque, NM (as correctly guessed)
4. Lawrence, Ks (my destination on that bit)
Suspect I won't get so lucky on the next portion of my trip to get stations that won't be recognised.
