Train services at Cardiff Central are being disrupted due to an unusually large passenger flow.Delays of up to 15 minutes can be expected.
Not really unusual, there's a Rugby game on.
Without wishing to be too nit-picking, it
is an unusually large passenger flow because it happens relatively infrequently. The fact that something can be anticipated doesn't make it a normal event...after all, we can anticipate a total eclipse of the sun with extreme accuracy but I don't suppose you'd try and argue that it's a "usual" event.
As always happens at
CDF» on match days, no doubt significant trouble will have been taken to move the crowds through the station as quickly and smoothly as possible, but with the best will in the world an influx of people on that scale will
always cause some modest problems and delays, regardless of how much planning and preparation goes on ahead of time.
