So how does this work then? Do I just get on the train and refuse to pay? If I fare strict they are not going to let me through the barriers at Exeter St. David's? Or is it just a case of not getting on the train and going by some other means instead?
It's a subject thats been hotly debated on this forum in the past, you need to get hold of
MTLS▸ to get a "fare strike ticket", but, be advised that if you are caught by Revenue Protection Inspector and you get prosecuted you could well end up paying a fine of up to ^1000 and/or 3 months imprisonment for fare evasion!
