This was 5 minutes later.

3 off at Melksham (one of these was me)
1 on

I join this service at Trowbridge of which 6 gone on (3 going to Chippenham) ands there were already 5 this service whicg started at Westbury.

Clear people are using direct services to Chippenham or Swindon, saving time notg changing at Bath Spa.

Come on FGW (First Great Western) with two Bank Holidays in May why not publish a poster showing time changes, could put more on the train.

As your customers have to either check web sites or ring national rail to let them know the times of services have changed.

it would be nice if FGW (First Great Western) actually advertised the service then people may use it,because at present the numbers you have observed do not justify running it in my opinion.FGW i am sure will be monitoring passenger numbers as they do on all services and these numbers would not convince them to reinstate a regular service.

Passanger numbers low could be due to the that they change times but no poster.

Both nbank Holidays in May trains will run at differnet times.

Customer will get confused.  Huh
