A lot of the data presented rather miss the point - detailed comparisons with 2020 and 2021 mean little unless you are interested in the effect of the restrictions at the time. But they have added some new ones as well, and this one is perhaps the most interesting (from the main report):
Figure 25: Hourly Mean Seating Load Factor Per Service Per Day of Count

The small size of the peak in the non-London loadings, and how the weekend (which now includes Friday) levels are higher from mid-morning, surprises me!

Drilling into that worksheet, it says PiXC for Chiltern overall is back up to the same as it was in 2019 pre-pandemic - 7.1% - although this was based on only one counrt per service, so probably unreliable.
