This decision was delayed from last year to February 08, this has now come and gone, any sign or news of the network rail report on the redoubling?

Anyone got any news?

Spoke to NR» (Network Rail - home page) today. Study work is pretty much complete. Now waiting for senior management to take a view. Announcement in next few weeks.
