Demand a better rail service
Enough is enough. If you want rail services that finally deliver for their passengers, please share your nightmare train experiences to support our campaign.
Overcrowding, delays, short trains, carriages in poor condition - many rail services don't even provide the basics. Passengers are also paying more but still arriving at their destination late and frustrated. This is completely unacceptable.
We've campaigned with you to make it easier to be refunded for delays and cancellations. But we know that train problems cost people more than just pounds. It's costing them time with their family and stopping them from getting to work.
Today we're saying enough is enough. We've launched a new campaign calling on train companies, the regulator and the government to deliver a rail service that truly puts passengers first.
We deserve trains that run for passengers, not just the rail industry. And we need you to secure change - will you join us in demanding better rail services?

Take the rail industry to task and demand a better service
Our railways are plagued by delays, cancellations, constant overcrowding and hideous train conditions. Passengers are also paying more than ever but still arriving at their destination late and frustrated. It’s unacceptable. We deserve trains that run for passengers, not just the rail industry. Sign our petition to demand better rail services.
We’ve been campaigning to make train companies to improve compensation arrangements for delayed passengers. We successfully convinced the government, regulator and train companies to clean up the compensation system.
But after a summer of discontent, we’re now in a winter of misery and passengers are suffering with rail services that don’t even deliver the basics. Enough is enough. We want:
– Train companies to respect passenger rights and comply with the law;
– The regulator given real teeth to hold the rail industry to account; and
– The government to swiftly bring forward reforms that put passengers first.
If you want rail services that finally deliver for their passengers, please sign our petition and share your nightmare train experiences.
