Where was I - heritage scene

Unusual for me - a heritage scene. Where was I today?

Knowing where you were yesterday narrows down the likely candidates. I do know the location but will PM answer so others can guess.

I take it this is somewhere on the Ecclesbourne Valley Railway.

Now there is a level crossing so how about Idridgehay Station?

You are correct on both counts. An opportunity taken while we were in Derby for the ACoRP^▸ awards, and an excellent reminder of the previous generation of multiple units that I was so familiar with in my youth. Also took a trip on the local community rail line, and have a more current "flavour" of that than previously. Good to have a volunteer in our carriage highlighting the various activities of the CRP^▸ and station friends groups, and their effects.
