Here is the full text of the Great Western Railway press release, upon which that article in the Herald Express is based:
Friday 13 May
Radio 1^s Big Weekend - How do I get to Powderham Castle?
Travelling to Powderham Castle for Radio 1^s Big Weekend? Great Western Railway (GWR▸ ) is to provide over 50 extra trains to take customers to and from Starcross Station, but those travelling are being warned to allow time for their journey.
Travelling to Powderham, Castle?
^ Please allow extra time: A queueing system will be in place for return journey
^ Check the time of your last train home/connecting service
^ Not travelling to the festival? You may find a more comfortable journey on services that do not call at Starcross
GWR is to provide over 25 more services each day in support of Radio 1^s Big Weekend but is warning customers that services immediately before and after the event will be busy. Extra trains will run between Exeter and Starcross and between Paignton and Starcross.
Extra staff will also be on hand to help those travelling board trains in safely. Those travelling to the event are advised to travel early and take advantage of quieter trains, while extra trains are being provided during the busiest days to help take people home again. Those returning after the event are reminded that services are expected to be busy, and to check journey times to ensure onward connections are not missed.
GWR Station Manager for the area Alison Hanscomb said: ^While our friendly and approachable staff will be on hand to help keep people moving, I would urge customers to allow time for their journeys to get to Windsor and to check the time of journeys home. We are providing extra trains but the station is still expected to be a lot busier than normal.^
By the way, the reference to Windsor in that press release appears to be the result a rather botched 'copy and paste' from another press release.
