A picture of 158855 working for Northern Rail. They did one thing with it FGW (First Great Western) didn't... put there logo on it.

Oh how we want them back. Beat the pacers by a mile.

I always hated that unit though.

I liked 855 - I never saw it with it's windows open, despite the fact it had a VERY rough looking Central Trains inside!

Thats the reason I hated it- the Central Trains inside.

i wonder if it still has the 1 engine shutting down all the time?
or if heaton depot done something spm did not and actually fixed it?
