I liked the nostalgia further down, with Virgin HSTs▸ (High Speed Train (Inter City class 43 125 units)), and mail carriages.

That rather depends on who they've awarded their Customer Service contract to. Could be jobs in the West. Could be employing staff from Intelenet.

So, does anyone know who GWR▸ (Great Western Railway) have awarded their Customer Service contract to now that they aren't renewing their deal with Blackstone/Intelenet (formerly Serco UK▸ (United Kingdom), formerly Intelenet Global Services, formerly First Info Ltd)?

Don't get me started: we now have "onboarding" which, when I started work, was someone showing you where the coffee machine is and how to fiddle your expenses.

Presumably "offboarding" = P45?
