Hello all
(I really hate writing these...) I'm Tom Cairns and I run swlines, a site for some SWT▸ lines at the moment, soon to be branching out to FGW▸ lines (working on Cardiff to Pompey's at the mo!)... I enjoy winding SWT up and am currently awaiting some random stock allocation documents from FGW ...

A very warm welcome to the site Tom. Something tells me you will get on just fine here at the FGW▸ Coffee shop.
Also whilst writing, a very big welcome to all those who have joined the site these past few days, particularly I notice from customers on the more eastern end of the FGW network commuting into London from the Thames area. The new timetable that started this week along with SDO▸ starting is certainly providing plenty of interesting posts at the moment.

You mean the start of SDO▸ failures? Yep, they are not proving very popular both with passengers and staff alike it seems.

Nice and easy to read Tom. You should get a job with FGW▸ in producing their timetables for them. First job I'd give you is sorting out the hotch potch of a timetable 'E' which has 4 timetables rolled into one!

Updated with catering, train formations going up as and when I get the diagrams off FGW▸ or some other party.

Just for the rolling stock page, first class on the 458's are either end of the train in little compartments.
*based on a set with fixed 4 carriage formation

Updated and now finished ....
Catering is shown - as well as trains to avoid (they're booked workings so I'm not particularly fussed if FGW▸ mess up on the day, goes without saying).
