Well, fair enough mate. In which case, I refer you to Twitter's terms of service: Quote "You understand that by using the Services, you may be exposed to Content that might be offensive, harmful, inaccurate or otherwise inappropriate" As far as kids using Twitter goes, well yes, they do. And they write proper offensive bile too.
