Interesting idea in Railway Magazine  - how many stations can you travel through on a journey where each station name is in alphabetical order?

For example

Ascot
Bagshot
Camberley

or

Arram
Beverley
Cottingham

My best is 4

Barry Docks
Cadoxton
Dinas Powys
Eastbrook

7  Journey by Journey / London to Kennet Valley / 12.18 Paddington Taunton Leaves from Platform 4 and then again from Platform 3 on: December 20, 2011, 21:04:55
Strange experience today of joining the 12.18 Taunton on Platform 4, leaving and then courtesy of a points failure just outside Paddington being backed into Platform 3 and leaving Paddington for a second time.

Had one of those experinces today where you look out of  a train window - something passes and you can't work out what it is because it doesnt match anything you are expecting.

Was relieved to see that it was the Royal Train
