1  Journey by Journey / Cross Country services / XC CNM - BPW Lost: Pair of Sennheiser over ear wireless headphones on: May 06, 2016, 08:24:18
Hi,

First post on this forum so apologies if this is in the wrong area.

I take the the 16:26 XC (Cross Country Trains (franchise)) service from Cheltenham Spa to Bristol Parkway every Mon-Fri. On Tuesday 26th April, I left my headphones on the seat in the rear carriage.

I phoned XC who referred me to FGW (First Great Western), who informed me that the item will be recovered (if still there) when the train terminates at Paignton and sent to the lost property office at Temple Meads - I will then be called in 7 days. Unsurprisingly I got the call to say that the item hadn't arrived and that they would call again in another 7 days.

They were very good headphones and quite expensive. I'm absolutely gutted and annoyed with myself and desperate to get them back, hence the post on here just in case somebody might have seen them or someone pick them up  Smiley

They are quite distinctive - they are the big, over ear type with a metal headband and leather finish on the top part. The inner part of the ear cups are covered in a yellow cloth.

Thanks, in hope  Smiley

John
