Does anyone have a record of which individual units were originally allocated to the West Country in the eighties?

TJ

Today two 158s operated this diagram, an ex-Wessex and a ex-TPX so plenty of room for everyone. FGW (First Great Western) won't be able to do this come December TT change when they lose those 10, 12 or is it 14 158s? Depends where and what you read as to how many are going!

Two have already gone.

The majority verdict appears to be 10. By the way , good to see you , Steve. How are you and where have you been?

Another 2 departed today. Hello Lee, I've been keeping an eye on this forum from time to time. Had a very busy few months at work. The 158s that have left so far are 158815, 158855, 158871 and 158872.

As far as I could see in the evening gloom there were 6 x 142s on Exeter depot Sunday. One by the fuelling point, one inside the depot and four nearer to the station.

TJ

Another 3 were heading south today making a total of 9 so far.
