Title: Removal of the Royal mail depot at BPW? Post by: Shazz on November 12, 2007, 09:36:59 Went through the other day on a train from paddington, and it looked like network rail were ripping it all out/ demolishing it, anyone know what actually is happening there?

Basically , Network Rail made an application for a Certificate of Lawfulness for the proposed use of a training school for operational railway staff and associated parking on the site of the former Royal Mail depot. No objections (or indeed any representations) were received from local residents , and the Certificate of Lawfulness was granted.
