Title: Complimentary tickets
Post by: Cruithne3753 on October 26, 2011, 17:35:02
Is FGW's six complimentary tickets offer for renewing my season ticket still active?  Almost a month since I renewed.

I know someone who got them a month ago (because FGW incorrectly addressed them to my property) and when he opened them they hadn't moved the printed dates on and they expired at the end of 2011. So even if you do get them they may not be much use.

New ones issued now are 2011-2013.....

Excellent. Thanks Chris. I wonder how validity might be affected by the change of franchisee in April 13.

I would imagine they will be honoured if the retain, but not if they don't - do state only valid on FGW, so if FGWno longer exist....

I've deleted the 'offending' post to prevent any further issue.  I'm not sure why it was necessary, but don't want to cause any trouble
