Amtrak (intercity) and New Jersey Transit (commuter rail service between NJ and NYC) have only just managed to restore something approaching full schedules on the Northeast Corridor line after flooding at Trenton NJ. SEPTA (Philadelphia area commuter trains) are still terminating at the first station south, Levittown, with rail replacement buses between there and Trenton.
