Title: The Exe Tractor Railtour - Bristol, Exeter, Yeovil to Preston via Birmingham Post by: 6 OF 2 redundant adjunct of unimatrix 01 on August 01, 2011, 21:32:16 Here is an interesting one.... starting at bristol
edited to correct stupid error (text left in place but struck threw Further edits, to amend date of event and add topic to calendar, for clarity: CfN. ;) Title: Re: The Exe Tractor Railtour Post by: JayMac on August 01, 2011, 22:03:04 Can't find any information about this railtour on Pathfinder's website.
Have found some details over at Spitfire Railtours website though: http://www.spitfirerailtours.co.uk/Future%20tours2.htm Also Spitfire Railtours say this tour is on the 16th October, not the 17th. A Sunday makes far more sense than a Monday. Doing the two branches behind a 'Growler' from Temple Meads is a tempting proposition. If I can find a spare ^35. Title: Re: The Exe Tractor Railtour Post by: JayMac on August 01, 2011, 22:38:47 Yeah, but that bumps up the price a bit more and means going all the way to Birmingham, unless a stop is added at Swindon......
