Title: Now a bad website: Post by: Super Sprinter 150 on July 02, 2011, 19:29:17 Is it just me but the new FGW website is not as good as the last one. Before, it had the live service updates section on its homepage which was excellent for people who had slow internet connection so they could have a quick glance at the page and can tell wheater or not their train was either delayed, changed or cancelled! Now, you have to click another hyperlink to get the live depatures.

One click thru was considered acceptable - at least its a large button for those accessing via mobiles Title: Re: Now a bad website: Post by: IndustryInsider on July 03, 2011, 11:27:45 Also it might create a negative impression on visitors not interested in live train running.
