Title: Redoubling celebration steam special Post by: willc on June 18, 2011, 00:00:08 Finally confirmed, after a long time in the works, FGW and Vintage Trains are running a Cathedrals Express (rather more right to the title than a certain other steam tour operation in my view) from Tyseley, Birmingham Snow Hill and Worcester (with pick-ups on the line at Evesham, Moreton-in-Marsh and Charlbury) to Paddington and back on Saturday, September 17, powered by a GWR Castle class loco, like the original train in BR days.
