If I remember right, arriving at Waterloo (East) on platforms A through D between 4:30 and 6 p.m. used to be a battle against a tide of outgoing commuters. Are you suggesting that 20 minutes is too short, or too long? ;)

It really does depend on how busy it is... I guess they have to quote the worst case scenario or people would complain? :)
