Title: Help wanted re: wheelchair spaces in 1st class
Post by: Plymouth on October 17, 2007, 22:01:28
Hello, Sorry to ask a favour but does anyone know the seat numbers adjacent to the wheelchair space in the 1st class carriages on FGW new stock? Have a note of those in carriage E but not carriage G (1st) dammit. Need to book seats in right spot. Cheers if you can help, E

Just an apology for posting this request on your forum. Bit of a rush job and only later realised yours is hardly the right place. Hope no one offended.

Have at least found answer by only really reliable  (and most enjoyable) method of going and looking at one of the trains in question.

No need to apologise , and I am sure that no - one was offended. I didnt know the answer myself off - hand , otherwise I would have posted it.

If you drop by our forum again , please feel free to share your travelling experiences with us , whether good or bad.

I was in First Class yesterday ... the seat opposite the wheelchair space is G1.   I'm very happy to fill that in just in case anyone does a google search with the question and happens to find us.
