Title: FGW Winter timetables Post by: James Vertigan on October 31, 2010, 11:09:11 Hi guys,
Looking at booking a journey in December after the Winter timetables come into effect on the first direct train to Devon from Paddington (usually the 0818), but it seems this train is not running and the first one I get the option to book is the 0906. Does this mean the 0818 has been pulled from the Winter timetable, or that FGW/NR's booking system has not been fully updated with the Winter timetable yet? Hmm... that is a bit of a pain. I always liked that 0818 service, even if it was a bit slow! Oh and if previous year's threads are anything to go by, it looks like it won't be too long before the winter timetable PDFs are made available on the FGW site - usually around mid-November.
