Title: Getting ahead of themselves Post by: willc on September 25, 2010, 00:19:13 Amid the disruption on Friday morning, looked like someone updating the FGW website got a bit carried away. Try finding this service in the timetable...
08:45 Oxford to Moreton-In-Marsh due 09:22 This train has been delayed and is now 24 minutes late from Oxford. This is due to signalling problems. This is the empty stock Turbo which forms the 09.29 from Moreton-in-Marsh to London and by this time next year, it is likely to become a passenger working - and will be very handy for anyone wanting to get from Oxford out to Hanborough to start work at 9am - but not just yet. I'm guessing that with the delay to this ecs working and the cancellation of the 08.58 from Malvern to London, that this set probably worked back roughly in the path of the 8.58, leaving Moreton at 09.50. Anyone know? This page is printed from the "Coffee Shop" forum at http://gwr.passenger.chat which is provided by a customer of Great Western Railway.
