Title: Extra stops from the West at Didcot

As from December 2007,  extra stops are being added in at Didcot to service the growing traffic from that station into London.   According to Andrew Griffiths of FGW, speaking in Westbury last night, those extra stops are in the services from Swansea and Cheltenham.

How does this effect Bristol, Bath and Chippenham to Oxford commuters?  Or have First managed to drive all of them away - this segment of the board has gone mighthy quiet while other flourish

Very odd decision!

The number of trains that stop at Didcott is already very high, does it actually need more? or is at another to control flow towards London via Reading?

I agree, it gets a good enough service and many services that pass through are already very busy.
