I think we ought to rename Saturday 6th October 'Sickie Saturday' with all these trains being cancelled around the region today. Nothing to do with England playing in the rugby world cup this afternoon by any chance? oooooooooooooooooooo I hear you all say...Harsh very harsh. Or maybe they are sick of working for FGW.

And to complete the days disruption we have a new excuse, or at least its one I havent seen before, must due to that Rugby Match at Cardiff tonight that has caused all the disruption to rail travel on FGW services today.

21:58 Cardiff Central to Bristol Temple Meads due 22:59

This train has been revised.

This train has too many coaches to stop at Filton Abbey Wood and Patchway.

FGW in being efficient shocker?

Probably a high-density HST. Pack the rugby fans in. Typical FGW thinking.
