Title: Quick travelcard question Post by: argg on August 25, 2010, 13:41:59 Taking my son to London tomorrow and will purchase a discounted travelcard for him (using my GoldCard)
When is the earliest I could start the journey (from Twyford) on that ticket? I seem to recall it being the first train to arrive in London after 9.30 - is this correct? (I don't need exact train times just the principle) Silly question I know, but want to maximise the time. (I promise not to travel back during evening peak!!) So first train from Twy would be 09:09 Title: Re: Quick travelcard question Post by: JayMac on August 25, 2010, 15:00:29 According to National Rail Enquiries (http://www.nationalrail.co.uk/times_fares/season_tickets/GC_TandC_May10.pdf), Goldcard discounts are only available for travel 'from 10.00 on Mondays to Fridays', so your first valid service is the 1009.
