Title: GWR 175 celebrations on The Cholsey and Wallingford Railway with 6430 Aug/Sept Post by: autotank on August 07, 2010, 15:54:31 We thought GWR 175 was a great excuse to get one of our favourite locos GWR Pannier 6430 in for another period of hire from the Llangollen (she visited last year for a weekend). This time she'll be paired up with our 3 Mk1 coaches - 2 of which have been recently repainted.
She'll be running on 14/5th, 21st/22nd and 28-30th August and also on September 4/5th for the popular Bunkfest festival of music, steam and beer. Cross platform interchange with FGW services at Cholsey station. In addition to running public trains we'll be holding our first ever Photo Charter on Saturday 28th August from 5.30-8.30pm ^20 a head - DM me for a booking form.
