The Rail Accident Investigation Branch (RAIB) has released its report (http://www.raib.gov.uk/publications/investigation_reports/reports_2010/report122010.cfm) into the failure of an overhead line at St Pancras International on 23 September 2009. The RAIB has made a number of recommendations.

The Rail Accident Investigation Branch (RAIB) has released its report (http://www.raib.gov.uk/publications/investigation_reports/reports_2010/report112010.cfm) into a derailment at Windsor and Eton Riverside station on 11 October 2009. The RAIB has made three recommendations.

The RAIB is carrying out an investigation into the high speed derailment of one pair of wheels on train 1F45, the 14:55 hrs service from St Pancras to Sheffield, at about 15:46 hrs on 20 February 2010.  Information regarding this investigation has been updated on the website and can be viewed here (http://www.raib.gov.uk/publications/current_investigations_register/100220_east_langton.cfm)

The RAIB is carrying out an investigation (http://www.raib.gov.uk/publications/current_investigations_register/100720_raigmore.cfm) into the runaway of a road-rail excavator and its subsequent collision with a stationary freight train near Raigmore, Inverness. The accident occurred at about 23:30 hrs on 20 July 2010.
