Title: Making Sense of this morning Post by: Jim on October 03, 2007, 07:29:30 05:35 Weymouth to Cardiff Central due 09:05
This train will be started from Westbury. It will no longer call at: Weymouth, Upwey, Dorchester West, Maiden Newton, Chetnole, Yetminster, Thornford, Yeovil Pen Mill, Castle Cary, Bruton and Frome. This is due to a member of train crew being unavailable. This service has been revised. It is now formed as a 2 car sprinter instead of a 3 car.Replacement road transport is in operation between Weymouth and Westbury. So, unit normally used for 07.05 to Southampton presumably being used, no traincrew would still probabally force the unit to be down there, so will probaabally be coming on the 064X from WEymouth, 4 vice 2! 08:25 Southampton Central to Cardiff Central due 11:24 This train has been revised. This service is now formed as a 1 car sprinter instead of a 2 car. 07:05 Westbury to Southampton Central due 08:15 This train has been revised. This service is now formed as a 1 car sprinter instead of a 2 car PRoblabally the unit from the 0526 Gloucs-Westbury, IF this stays on this diagram ALL DAY without any strenghtaning, then prepare for a full scale riot, as It is booked to work 12.00 Cardiff-Brighton!
