Title: Exeter man charged over 'laser' light attack on train

A man has been charged in connection to an incident in which a laser light was shone into a train driver's eyes.
The incident happened last week near Exeter St David's railway station on the First Great Western service from London Paddington to Plymouth.
A 20-year-old man from Exeter was arrested and charged in connection with endangering safety.
British Transport Police are also investigating a separate laser incident near Dawlish Warren.
