I can only assume it's a cunningly concealed update for their usual offer on Advance tickets (http://www.firstgreatwestern.co.uk/Content.aspx?id=38): Quote The benefits of Advance tickets include: - Discounts of between 15% and 60%. It was simply saying (in a round about way) that advance fares can be 60% cheaper than walk-up fares.
