Title: St Ives - St Erth Post by: JayMac on January 19, 2010, 02:29:09 I'm going down and back to St Ives on Feb 24th from Bristol and have managed to find some great value 1st Adv tickets. Going down I can get BRI-SIV on the 0913 for ^11.55 with my railcard. Coming back (and avoiding CrossCountry for as long as possible!) I can get SER-TAU for ^10.55 on the 1611, a Std day single'll do from TAU-BRI as I have to endure a vomiter!
Now I can't seem to get a 1st Adv from St Ives for the return that'll connect into the 1611 at St Erth, so I went looking on Avantix for the SIV-SER Std single. Um....can't find one, nor on online booking sites. Anyone know what the fare is? Ta. Title: Re: St Ives - St Erth Post by: TerminalJunkie on January 19, 2010, 03:59:40 Day Ranger - ^4.
Alternatively, a St Ives-Hayle single is ^2.80. Title: Re: St Ives - St Erth Post by: ChrisB on January 19, 2010, 12:56:21 Is there 1st class on the St Ives branch? aren't the 150s?
Title: Re: St Ives - St Erth Post by: JayMac on January 19, 2010, 13:02:05 Um...was looking at long distance from St Ives, there were some 1st Adv but not for my destination/time, I am aware that there are no 1st class trains on the branch.
