Title: Hi everyone Post by: mukaumedia on January 08, 2010, 17:57:28 My name's Sam, travel FGW Plymouth to London usually 18:00 Mon, back 19:45 Thur. Work in a change consultancy in London that uses pictures to work with difficult issues. Southeastern was a client of ours, so know a bit about the TOC context. I'm also involved in online reputation management and often blog / Tweet about FGW and other companies. Totally agree with the whole approach of this forum, very pleased to see how respectfully it is set up and organised.
Leaves me feeling that a) it will be a useful resource for me to find out information I need and b) that FGW should, if they have any sense, be involved. If you do a Google search for "First Great Western customer service" you'll find my post about half way down (titled "First Great Western customer service: going the extra mile in the snow") Look forward to meeting / talking with you - maybe even meeting up on a train some time (Twitter is a great way to do that) Cheers!
